Becoming a Noble Lion
So, you've read the Charter, you've perused the Chronicles, you may even have adventured with one or two of us in the past, and now you're interested in becoming a Noble Lion?
Well, you've come to the right place. Here's how to go about it:
1) Contact a Noble Lion in Norrath, talk to him a bit, and decide whether you can ever stomach to be around him ever again in your entire life. If the answer is "yes, I can", then you've made your first step. Ask that person to contact Tharkor and have him sign you up on the Squire's List.
2) Once on the Squire's List, you need to complete three steps to become an official Noble Lion. Until then, you are technically a Squire sponsored by the person who originally contacted Tharkor. This doesn't mean much. It just gives us a contact person to talk to about you if we have questions. Here's the four steps to become a Lion:
a) You must find a Noble Lion (consult our Roster), contact them and then go adventuring with them for a couple hours. During that time, that Lion will be forming an opinion of you. Hopefully, it's all good (knowing you, I'm sure it will be). Have that person contact Tharkor and report himself as "First Patron" for you. (NOTE: If any Patron refuses to submit your name, then you'll need to find another Noble Lion to act as Patron. You must end up with at least three successful Patrons in order to gain admittance into the guild.)
b) Now do the same thing on another night with a different Noble Lion (a different player...not just another character of the same player). Have the person you adventure with contact Tharkor and report himself as "Second Patron".
c) Once your Second Patron has reported in, you can then go see your regional Knight Templar (either East Antonica, West Antonica or Faydwer). That Knight Templar will hobnob with you for a bit and then provide you with a QUEST based on your level, race and class. You must fulfill that quest as your last step. Give your quest items to your Regional Knight Templar and you will be granted official admittance into the guild. CONGRATULATIONS!
Once you have passed out of the Squire's List and into our official ranks, then the Chronicler will add your own page to the Chronicles and you will be one of us forever (or until you quit...whichever is first).
